Ambassadors of Om

The Ambassador's unique blend of psychedelic surf skank hails from a legacy stretching back to the early 90s. Back then they roused and bewildered the clientele of North London boozers with dub tunes such as the apocalyptic 'Back to Seed'.
Formed at art college, the four piece have always been keen to experiment and their creative bond has helped cement their relatively static line up ever since The Om continue to receive favourable reviews, internet exposure and extensive radio play from ska tunes such as The Tracks and the spooky and enigmatic Hole, recorded in 2006.
They gained noteriety in the late 90s from an extensive gig regime around the well known London indie circuit and Summer festivals and their presence on the 'Cult Themes of the 70s' compilation. They reworked the theme to 70s TV show Space 1999 and featured in several showcase gigs with groups including no.1 60s act the Honeycombs.
In 2008, having completed a new three track demo entitled Desert Dry, they continue to perform live and forge ahead in their own regal ambassadorial manner and look ahead to a bright musical horizons.
“Interstellar psychedelic funkmasters from om. Spaced out sounds which straddle a melange of sounds like ska, 60's surf sci-fi rock and reggae.”

A finger buffet and some fried products in whicker baskets.
The weird bloke that was trying to touch my hand whilst fretting the guitar. He left us with three words of street wisdom one of which was \'don\'t mess\'.
Dred likes Santogold from last year. Mr G liked what he heard of Led Bib from Mercury. Dub J enjoyed \'supermarket suicide\' by micropenis.

We are the only known psychelodica band in the world. Ever.
Port, cigars, a selection of cheeses. A cheeseboard. Skateboard. Surfboard. Ironing board. If no corby trouser press, no gig.
Dred has thrown dozens of tvs out of the window in kings cross. Was a themed party. Was interesting seeing blokes taking bits off the wreckage the next day.
Like a fractal. A fractalous pair of comfy slippers even.
Hang around the goal mouth and pop one in in injury time.
Lame ass white boy art college story
Meedja for Mrg and Dub J. Dred is a forerunning rubber importer.
Lets just say we think psychedelics were involved. Could have been a dodgy pint though.
