HISTORY

Foz Tee born in London, UK has been producing, songwriting and composing music from the age of 13. Foz was brought up in a single parent family with only himself and mother, it was a hard struggle for his mother who had to find the money to pay for the bills, debts and things that were needed such as football boots, computer games, trips away and the things a young boys wants with her low paid salary.

With all that pain and financial struggle around him - Foz was never caught up in it and it didn’t affect him, his mother always pushed him to succeed in his education and he was rewarded for doing so. His parents split just before his 5th birthday and began a life where he hardly saw his father, which affected his schoolwork and behaviour at school. Teachers thought he was a 'naughty child' because of the difficulties at home and threatened to expel him from the school however before this could happen his mother moved him to another school and reported the previous school for discrimination.

Once at another school in year 2 his ‘naughty behaviour’ was non existent and he stayed with them until he left for secondary school with good grades. A couple years later in Year 9 at secondary school was a time when computers, music and the Internet were becoming something almost every young person wanted - Foz asked his mother to buy a computer and music production software for his 13th birthday as he took an interest in music. Listening to the local pirate radio stations and inspiring to one day make music that will play on them, he started producing Garage music which very quickly turned into Grime when “Pulse X” & “Eskimo” came out. He started writing/spitting lyrics and came up with the name “Foz Tee” while at school - a year later he was spitting lyrics on a local radio station called “Freeze FM”.

BEHIND THE SCENES

Since then Foz Tee has made music in almost every genre of music from Hip Hop & RnB to Remixing Rock Songs. Foz prides himself in always delivering a high quality recording every time and is aiming to break into the UK charts in 2010. Over 5 years after leaving secondary school with his GCSES, Foz studied at City Of Westminster Collage and then on to University Of Westminster studying music courses. Hoping to learn everything about the music industry from production/studio, to the office/business - Foz is now a qualified Sound Engineer and has a 2.1 Degree in Commercial Music.

While in full time education Foz was working part time at Marks and Spencer, Chelsea working in the warehouse for a few years until he thought he wanted to start making money working for himself. So he took time to learn about internet marketing and starting promoting products online for people which took in a fortune – while that was going on Foz started learning about the Mayfair nightclub scene and ventured into new territory starting to throw some of the best A-List parties in London.

Foz Tee was not your average teenager and by the time he reached 19, he had investments in properties and many business ventures. However he still had one more venture to still fulfill in his heart that he has always had a deep passion and love for that he could not let go.. Music.

Now 21 years of age – Foz Tee is ready to unleash everything he has got into his music and push the UK music industry to another level.

"What The UK Is Missing" is the first mixtape that Foz Tee has released in 2010 which was highly anticipated by his fans. It features some of the most current artists such as Chipmunk and Drake plus many more – “What The UK Is Missing Volume 2” is due to release on the 1st April 2010 and will also have some great featured artists on it.

In 2010 expect to see Foz Tee being heavily supported by Music Video channels such as Channel AKA and Flava. Supported on the radio by stations which have already played tracks by Foz Tee such as BBC 1xtra, Choice FM, Kiss 100 and Radio 1.
