How would you describe your sound and what are some of your influences?
Glue Ear was formed in November of 2007 by three friends who all shared a love for music and a hatred for what was happening in their beloved city of Manchester. Sick of the Indi wimps and Emo kids, they picked up their guitars and sticks and wrote some songs. Since forming Glue Ear have played all over manchester on countless occasions. They have played a few shows out of the City, They have appeared on Chorley;s \"Chorley FM\" and Halifax\'s \"Phoenix Radio\". They have a 4 Track Demo and are planning to release an album called \"Curl One Out\" soon. Keep your eyes peeled boys and girls, Glue Ear always put on a fun show they are one to watch

What can people expect when coming to your gig?
A good time! especially if were drinking. We are known for our good banter inbetween great songs! so come down and check us out. But please dont be offended

How has your music evolved since you first began playing music together?
Yes, our style is constantly evolving. We are writing new stuff now that is similar in places but different in others to our previous stuff.

get pissed and have a laugh

How did you get together? (if you’re a group etc)
We have been friends for many years, so it just progressed from messing about with our instruments.

How did you come up with your name?
Played \"Beer and curry\" to Scott\'s brother in law, who had a bad ear infection, he threw up half way through the track. So we decide don the name Glue Ear

Have you ever been crowd surfing?
Yes many times!

Any weird things happened to you at a gig?
Occasionally we will get drunk and give teh crowd abuse, they are welcome and encouraged to give it back! It\'s all good!
