Introduction
Ooizit is an online community for new UK music talent and provides a space for music artists, bands, DJ's, promoters and fans to meet and share new music. www.ooizit.com is owned and operated by Ooizit Plc ("Ooizit"), a Derbyshire-based social media company. Ooizit.com was created to provide music artists with a new, easy to use platform to promote themselves but more importantly interact and meet new fans ("Ooizit service"). By using the Ooizit.com you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). Where applicable under law, these Terms and Conditions constitute a "writing signed by you."
Changes to Ooizit.com and the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Service at any time without further notice. If we do this, we will place the changes to these Terms of Conditions on this page and we may send registered users an email notifying you of the change. IF ANY UPDATE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IS OBJECTIONABLE TO YOU, YOU SHOULD STOP USING OOIZIT.COM. IF YOU CONTINUE TO USE OOIZIT.COM FOLLOWING OUR CHANGES IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE OR AFTER RECEIVING NOTIFICATION OF ANY CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL FORM YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CHANGES.
Eligibility and Registration
Anyone can join Ooizit.com but you must be over the age of 13. By registering on Ooizit.com you agree that you are 13 or older and that you are able to understand these Terms and Conditions. You agree that any information you provide is true and accurate in order to become a member ("member"). Upon registration you can select a user name and password, you are expected to keep these safe and you are responsible for all activities occurring under the user name you select. We reserve the right to decline any request for a username if we deem it to be offensive, protected by copy right or trademark or proprietary rights by law, or in any way inappropriate.
Respect for others and general conduct
The Ooizit.com Service is made available for your personal use only. You agree that you will not copy, deface, reproduce, or otherwise content on any pages that reside on the Ooizit.com server. You agree you will not use Ooizit.com for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are solely responsible for your behavior, actions, data, text, personal information, images, audio, video, links and any other content ("Content") that you upload or otherwise submit or display on Ooizit.com.
We reserve the right to remove any Content we deem illegal, offensive, threatening, infringes trademarks, infringes copy right, compromises intellectual property rights, or that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice to the member. Under no circumstances does Ooizit.com have any obligation to monitor member's usage, content, accuracy or truthfulness or the information provided members of Ooizit.com.
Conditions of use
You agree to abide by all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all content submitted or acts that arise under your account made by you through Ooizit.com. By way of example, but with no limitation to, you agree NOT TO:
- Post, distribute, or disseminate defamatory, infringing, obscene, or other unlawful material or information.
- Harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, defame or in any way violate rights of privacy and publicity of others.
- Collect or use contact details, personal information or any other information found within a members profile for any purpose other than establishing contact that is expected by such other members.
- Upload content which you do not own all copy rights, trademarks or intellectual property.
- Post, transmit or otherwise distribute software, viruses, bots, computer code, for any reason.
- Use Ooizit.com for any unlawful reason.
- Attempt to gain unlawful access to Ooizit.com's networks, computer systems, member's information, through any means including but not restricted to password mining.
- Scrape, collect or re-use any information from any pages that sits on the Ooizit.com servers.
- Create misrepresenting, false or in any way misleading members profiles which includes but is not limited to Ooizit.com employees.
- Post, distribute, or disseminate pornographic content.
- Post, distribute, or disseminate any expression of bigotry, racism, homophobia, hatred, foul language or profanity.
Ooizit.com does not claim any ownership rights in any content that you upload, post, or provide through Ooizit.com and you still retain all rights to use the Content in any way you desire. In order for Ooizit.com to provide you with a reliable and trustworthy service we you hereby give Ooizit.com the rights to use, alter, publically display, publically perform, distribute, reproduce and modify all content you supply. If we didn't have these rights to use we wouldn't be able to display the content you supply, or compress any video or audio content that you provide.

Ooizit.com or any other relevant subsidiaries of Ooizit Plc or joint venture companies in which Ooizit Plc directly or indirectly holds shares own and all rights of the Ooizit.com website and Ooizit.com services, which contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, this includes but is without limitation to all Design, text, software and graphics displayed on Ooizit.com and its services.
You CAN NOT reproduce, copy, amend, publically perform, publically display or sell any of Ooizit.com's proprietary property without written confirmation.
SMS Terms and Conditions
You can text Ooizit followed by your profile name to 87085. Your profile picture will appear within the SMS area on the homepage of Ooizit (www.ooizit.com). *Shoutouts can only be sent to from within the UK using either Vodafone, O2, Virgin, T-Mobile, Orange or Three networks. Your phone will be charged a flat fee of £1.50 per time that you text in + the cost of the text message from your network, at basic rates. Due to the large amount of users you may not see yourself in the shout out box but other users will have. We take no responsibility for text messages lost in translation due to network providers and by using this service you agree to these terms.

Copyright Policy
You CAN NOT upload, post, distribute or disseminate any content which you do not expressly own the copy right, trademark or intellectual property OR without written consent from the owner. We take this issue very seriously, if you feel content on Ooizit.com infringes these conditions you should send all of the information relating to the infringement including but not limited to the details of the content you believe to infringe your copy right, a description of the content, a description of how you feel the your copy right has been infringed, your name, address, telephone number and email address to: copyright@ooizit.com
Ooizit.com mobile
At present Ooizit.com is not designed to support mobile or WAP applications and therefore Ooizit.com is not responsible for content, access, loss in quality, or connection speed to Ooizit.com via any mobile or WAP services. Ooizit.com is not responsible for any additional charges you may incur for accessing Ooizit.com via any mobile or WAP service.
Termination of the Ooizit.com Service or membership
By registering on Ooizit.com you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You can terminate your account at any time by completing termination form which you can find by clicking here.
Ooizit.com reserves the right to terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Our proprietary rights, liability; however, will subsist any termination of membership.
You agree that Ooizit.com is not liable to you or any other third party for account termination.
Limitation of Liability
Your use of Ooizit.com is at your own risk. Under no circumstances will Ooizit.com, any other relevant subsidiaries of Ooizit Plc, any or joint venture companies in which Ooizit Plc directly or indirectly holds shares, owners, affiliates, managers or employees be liable for any direct or indirect, coincidental or special damages or losses. These include, but are not limited to direct or indirect, coincidental or special damages or losses as a result of the ooizit.com service, disturbance, delay or execution in service (including damages incurred by third parties).
Legal restrictions
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
